Ingredients:
200g white chocolate
8 eggs
8 tablespoons of sugar.
Method:
1 Melt the chocolate with the sugar.
2 Stir in the egg yolks one by one.
Stir in the egg whites gently.
3 Put in refrigerator 3 hours minimum.
