Ingredients:
500g kangaroo meat
1 large onion
2 cloves garlic
olive oil (for frying)
1/2 cup tomato paste
1 large red capsicum, chopped
2 tbsp ground sweet paprika
salt to taste
1 cup water
Method:
Cut kangaroo meat into cubes & chop up onion & garlic
In a large saucepan, brown the meat, onion & garlic in the olive oil, then add tomato paste, capsicum & paprika
Add water & simmer gently for about 45 minutes until meat is cooked
Serve with boiled potatoes
