Ingredients:
22 dried apricots, chopped
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup raisins, chopped
3/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 1/2 cups wholemeal SR flour
6 tablespoon skim milk
Method:
Put apricots with water to boil until soft – let cool and stir in remaining ingredients.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 25 minutes (until cooked).
