Scotch eggs recipe



Ingredients:
185g sausage meat
6 hard-boiled eggs, shelled
1 egg, beaten
dried breadcrumbs
oil
sprigs of parsley

Method:
Enclose the eggs in sausage meat
Coat with egg & breadcrumbs
Deep fry in oil until golden
Drain on absorbent paper

Serve cold, cut in halves & garnish with sprigs of parsley.
