Ingredients:
190g self raising flour
2 tblsp cocoa
90g butter
90g sugar
1 large egg
100ml milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
Directions:
Sift together flour and cocoa
Cream butter and sugar, then beat in the egg
Stir in the flour mixture and the vanilla essence
Pour into a greased pudding basin with a greased lid then steam for 1 1/2 hours
Serve with whipped cream and warm golden syrup.
