Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 qt. tomatoes
1- 16 oz. can kidney beans or pinto beans
1- 16 oz. can corn
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
Salt to taste, about 1/2 tsp.
Pepper to taste, about 1/4 tsp.
Crushed red pepper to taste
Sugar (about 1 tsp. ) my addition
Directions:
Brown hamburger, onion and green pepper. Drain off grease. Add all other ingredients, simmer or cook in crock pot for about three hours or more until taste is super.
