500 g chocolate, melted
200 g marshmallows, chopped
¼ cup desiccated coconut
2 x 55 g bars Turkish Delight, chopped
½ cup peanuts, chopped
Method
Heat in microwave for 1 minute, then stir. Repeat this step, with 15 - 30 seconds bursts in the microwave until the chocolate is melted.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Pour mixture into a lined slice tin and refrigerate until set. (18 x 28cm)
Use a warm knife to cut the slice into small squares.
