Ingredients:
In a hand blender mix:
2 egg whites
1/4tsp baking powder
2Tbsp Oat Flour
1Tbsp Herbalife soup mix
Dash of oregano
Dash of salt
Dash of garlic
Method:
Grease pan/griddle with coconut oil and pour batter, cook mixture like a pancake.
For sauce we love Hunt's Tomato paste with garlic & oregano, spread 1-2Tbsp.
Top with 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese (and any other toppings of your choosing) and toast in a broiler or toaster oven until cheese is melted!
