Ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
1 stick of butter melted and cooled
1 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
3 eggs
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup F1 Wildberry shake (or any F1 of your choosing)
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350
Fill cupcake pan with 24 liners
In a med-large bowl mix all ingredients together.
Pour batter into the liners only filling half-way.
Bake for 20-25min
Remove to cool
Frosting:
1/2 cup of plain coconut yogurt
1/4 cup Vanilla PDM
Frost cupcakes and add your favorite sliced fruit to decorate and enjoy!
