1 cup fat-free milk
2 tablespoons canola oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup pre-sifted flour
3/4 cup freshly grated, reduced fat Cheddar cheese

Whisk
eggs, milk, canola oil, and salt together in a batter bowl. Add flour
and cheese, whisking only until combined. Transfer batter to prepared
pan and bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees
and bake an additional 15-25 minutes, until the pudding is puffed and
starting to brown on the edges. Serve immediately with you choice of
gravy. This recipe makes 6 servings.
