Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp elder flower liquor
Method:
Put all ingredients in a stand mixer.
beat on high until soft peaks form, about 3 minutes.
and you get your vanilla whipped cream.
