Ingredients:
3 mashed bananas
2 tbsp butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups Self raising flour
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp milk
Instructions:
Cream butter & sugar, add egg & combine, then add bananas.
Sift flour & milk.
Combine after each addition & bake in a cake tin for about 40 minutes in a 180 degree oven.
Take it out from the pan, and put it on a cooling rack.
